Is there a fee for the initial consultation?
We offer an initial consultation, by phone or at our office, to hear the facts and assess your options. We always set out the likely fees clearly before any engagement begins, so you can decide with full information.
How are litigation fees calculated?
Fees depend on complexity, the amount in dispute, and workload. We always issue a written quotation defining scope before work begins, and fees can be paid in instalments tied to case milestones.
Can fees be paid in instalments?
Yes. Most engagements are billed by milestone, engagement, filing, and conclusion, set out clearly in the quotation.
How long will my case take?
It depends on the case type and court, first-instance civil cases commonly run 6–18 months. We estimate the timeline at engagement and report every significant development.
What should I bring to a consultation?
Whatever you have, contracts, chat records, transfer slips, demand letters, or court summonses. Incomplete is fine; we'll list what else is needed.
Do you take cases outside Bangkok?
Yes, our attorneys are licensed nationwide and appear in every court in Thailand. Travel costs are quoted up front.
Can you work in English?
Yes, we serve foreign clients routinely: meetings, documents, and progress reports in English, plus bilingual translation and notarial work.
Will my matter stay confidential?
Always. Attorneys are bound by professional ethics to keep client information confidential, whether or not you ultimately engage us.
Can I meet outside office hours?
Yes, regular hours are Mon–Fri 9:00–18:00, but evening or weekend appointments can be arranged in advance where the matter requires.
I already have a lawyer, can I switch to DAP mid-case?
Yes, you may change counsel at any stage. We review the existing file first, assess the case honestly, and quote clearly before you decide.
