Non-Immigrant B + Work Permit

The standard route to working in Thailand lawfully.

You, or your hire, is a foreign national joining a Thai company, and both the visa and the work permit must be in place before work starts.

Scope of work

  • Invitation letter and company documents prepared for the Non-B
  • New work-permit filing (Form TT.1) and renewals (Form TT.5) before expiry
  • One-year extension of stay for work filed at the Immigration Bureau

Documents to prepare

  • Passport and photos
  • Degree certificates and CV
  • Employer documents, affidavit, tax and social-security filings
